With this document we want to meet our duty to supply information according to Art. 13 GDPR and inform you on the following aspects in the course of collecting personal data:

2. Purpose of data processing:
The applicant’s data will be saved in an applicant data base which also functions as a talent pool. The personal data will be saved during the application process and up to a maximum of 6 months.
3. Additional recipients of the data:
The human resource department, the CEO and the particular team leader that offers a vacant position will have access to the applicant’s data. .
4. Intention to forward personal data to a third party country:
The applicant’s data will not be forwarded to a third party country.
5. Data saving period or deadline of deletion:
a. Applications will be saved in a data base during the application process and up to a maximum of 6 months from the date of receipt. We will guarantee the highest possible protection of the applicant’s data from unauthorized access, loss and manipulation of our IT systems or the data base by technical and organizational measures.
b. Addressing the requirements of Art. 13 GDPR we want to inform you about your additional rights. In the context of data processing you will have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Information (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Constraint of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Objection against data processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Data transferability (Art. 20 GDPR)
c. The applicant needs to give his or her consent on data processing, therefore it is possible to revoke the consent. In case of an applicant’s revocation we will not be able to consider the applicant for current or future vacancies. Based on your consent the legitimacy of data processing will remain unaffected up until the revocation.
